1/2 cup chopped raw onion
2 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese-low fat

Here is how you make Creamy Pasta and Chicken:

In a large pan, heat the onion and garlic with the olive oil for about 3 minutes. Throw in the chicken and cook until done (about 5-10 minutes). Put the chicken aside. Heat the vegetables in the microwave or on the stove and cook the pasta. While those are cooking, add the broth, milk, and herbs to the onion and garlic mix. Let that mixture cook for about ten minutes on a high heat, stirring constantly. Slowly add the flour to help thicken the sauce. When the sauce is almost ready, stir in the cheese.
