Boil a pot of water for pasta. While pasta cooks, heat oli in pan and quickly stir fry the chicken on high heat. Add garlic and curry powder. Reduce heat to about medium. In a bowl combine milk, cornstarrch and maple syrup. Add to chicken. Stir and cook until thickened. Add salt to taste. Drain cooked pasta and add to skillet.
