Here is how you make Garlic Basalmic Chicken Pasta:

Dice 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken in pan. (I seasoned with Salt Free Garlic & Herb seasoning for more flavor).While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to package directions. Also cook broccoli for 5-10 mins (depending on preference of tenderness).Once chicken is cooked, add diced tomato, diced garlic, broccoli and 2 tbsp. basalmic glaze. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
