1 large onion, chopped

Here is how you make Greek Chicken and Pasta:

1) Bring a large pot and a small pot of water to a boil. When boiling, add the pasta and chicken to the large pot. Add the frozen spinach to the small pot.2) Meanwhile, warm olive oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes. Add the Greek seasoning and diced tomatoes and warm through.3) When the chicken is cooked through, remove from water, let cool, and cut into 1 inch pieces. Separate spinach with a fork, and drain.
