The ingredients for Intoxicated Chicken are:

3 chicken breast halves
1 large red pepper
1 green pepper
1 large onion
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup of red wine
12 large mushrooms
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

3 servings of Dreamfiels pasta (we prefer spaghetti)


How Do I Make Intoxicated Chicken?

Here is how you make Intoxicated Chicken:

Put olive oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. While chicken is browning, cut the peppers into strips. Cut the strips in half. Remove the chicken to a plate and add the peppers to the pan and sautee. While the peppers are cooking cut the onion in half. Make slices and cut the slices in half. Add to the peppers in the skillet. While that cooks, slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Add the chicken and any juices that have drained back into the pan. Add the spices and the wine and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
