1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
1 Tbsp. worstershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. EVOO


Lemon and Artichoke Pasta-
1 box garden rotini (I use Smart Taste Rotini for less calories)
3 small lemons
1 can of quartered artichokes hearts (drained)
4 medium sized pods of fresh garlic
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste!
1/4 cup of reduced fat feta (such as Treasure Cave)

Here is how you make Kindra's Sauteed Chicken with Lemon and Artichoke Pasta:

~Cube raw chicken, and put in ziploc bag, and in all other ingredients and massage in to meat. Refrigerate for no less than one hour. Heat skillet and sautee for about 20-30, using a little water to keep it from sticking.~While chicken is cooking, cook noodles as directed and drain. Grate in zest from lemons and add juice from lemons. Grate in all garlic. Add in all rest of ingredients, mixing together. Serve sauteed chicken on top of pasta.
