1.5 cups Broccoli tops, fresh, chopped or diced (Peppers work well also)
3 tsp Thyme, fresh
1 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
2 cups Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil
1 cup Water
1 & 1/4 cups or 225 grams Catelli (Smart) Rotini
1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast - oven baked and chopped into bite sized pieces (season to taste)


How Do I Make One Pan Chicken Pasta?

Here is how you make One Pan Chicken Pasta:

1.) Pre-cook chicken in the oven (I like to either boil it or broil it - your choice)2.)Add meat into skillet with thyme, garlic, broth, Ragu Lite and water. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly.3.) At this point you can either pre-boil your pasta to el dente, or you can add it directly into the skillet to cook with the mixture.3a.) If pasta is pre-boiled, add to skillet and allow contents to simmer or 5-10 minutes, add herbs & spices to taste - add broccoli and cook to desired "crunchy-ness" (my family likes ours just warmed from the sauce so we only cook it for 5-10 mins) remove from heat and top with Shredded Mozzarella and serve.3b.) If adding in un-cooked pasta - allow ingredients to come to a bubbly simmer and add pasta. As pasta softens, push it under the sauce. Depending on which pasta use choose - it will have to cook for around 15-20 minutes. Season with herbs and spices, salt & pepper.
