1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp flour
3 cups milk
15 oz part skim ricotta cheese


How Do I Make Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken and Pasta?

Here is how you make Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken and Pasta:

Boil pasta until tender. Drain. In the same pot, cook chicken in the sun-dried tomato oil. (Chop tomatoes and reserve). When chicken is done add butter and garlic, saute for 2 minutes. Mix milk and flour completely then pour into chicken. Cook on medium heat until sauce starts to thicken. When at desired thickness, add pasta and reserved tomatoes. Coat with sauce. Then add ricotta and combine well. Turn heat on low and let the flavors marry for 3-5 minutes.
