4 c. whole wheat spaghetti (or pasta of choice)

Saute chicken in balsamic vinegar , olive oil and minced garlic. Slightly blacken each side of strips. Sautee the vegetables in reduction after chicken is cooked all the way through until they become a bright color, but still crispy. Remove from heat. Toss the chicken, veggies, pesto and black olives together with the already prepared pasta and serve immediately. Will yield 4-8 servings dependant upon portion size.
