Here is how you make Saucy Peach Chicken:

Sprinkle chicken with salt and ppper. In a lg nonstick skillet coated with canola oil over medium heat for 5-6 min. on each side or until juices run clear. Meanwhile in small bowl, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and basil. Drain peaches, reserving syrup in a measuring cup, add enough water to measure 1 cup. Set peaches aside. Stir the syrup mixture, vinegar and soy sauce into the brown sugar mixure until smooth.Remove chicken and keep warm. Stir syrup mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Return chicken to the pan. Add peaches, heat through.
