Place vegetables on top of and around chicken. Mix together melted butter and wine and pour over chicken and vegetables. The liquid should cover most of the chicken & veggies, but some will still be poking out. Sprinkle garlic salt on top. Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes. I like my carrots pretty soft, so I might've cooked it for longer than other people would like. Every 20 minutes or so, give the vegetables a stir so the ones on top don't get too dry. I served this with a little brown rice.
