Chop Chicken and bacon, place in a pan with a little oil and fry until cooked. Add the chopped leek and fry until soft.Add black pepper and salt to taste (bacon is naturally salty so I find there's no need to add more)Pour into an oven proof dishMake a white sauce by melting 4 tsp of butter in a pan, turn off heat and mix in white flour until you've made a paste. Turn on low heat and add milk to make a creamy texture white sauce (stir continually when adding milk to prevent lumps)Pour sauce over chicken, leek, bacon mixRoll out puff pastry and lay over the top of the chicken, leek and bacon mix in the dish.
