1 chicken breast
2 stalks celery

Here is how you make Chicken Pot Pie (Dumplings):

Cook chicken, celery and onion in a pot of water. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from pot and tear/cut into small pieces. Return to pot.Combine flour, egg, salt, water and butter in a large bowl until dough forms. Knead the dough until a smooth consistency. Add water or flour where needed to achieve a workable ball of dough. Divide dough into 2 or 3 balls. Roll each ball out with a rolling pin on a floured suface. Cut into large squares with a pizza slicer or knife. Place in the pot with chicken, celery and onion.
