Here is how you make Chicken pot pie, low calorie, Cindy:

Heat oven to 350, cook onion in 1/4 cup amt of your chicken broth until tender-2 minutes. Stir in whole wheat flour, salt and pepper, stir until bubbly and remove from heat.
