Use 8 x 13 glass baking dish. I have one biscuit per serving to help portion the pot pie. Dice 1 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast and cook until white. Add milk, mustard, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until thickened. Add drained vegetables. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover with biscuits and bake until golden brown.
