1 tsp baking powder

Put meat in crock-pot or stockpot. Simmer parsley, onion, and diced celery with meat, til meat is cooked well and falls from bone. Remove meat. While meat cools, cook pot poi noodles and potato chunks in boiling broth. The broth will thicken while cooking. Pull meat apart, drop into boiling mixture, along with salt, pepper, and 1/4 lb margarine.Noodles:Mix, roll, cut, & cook in boiling broth for 30 minutes.Should make about 20 1C Servings or 5qts.
