Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with non-stick spray (Pam). In a frypan, heat butter until foamy. Add and cook finely chopped onion until transparent. Then stir in ground chicken and cook until done. Season with salt (may only want to use 1/2tsp to start and add more if desired-can be a bit salty if 1tsp is used), thyme, and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Thicken with corn starch to produce a gravy like consistency. Mix in frozen corn. Pour into casserole and spoon mashed potatoes over top. Sprinkle top with paprika.
