Here is how you make Deep Dish Chicken Pie:

Grease bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle bottom with 3/4 cup of Stuffing Mix (I use Pepperidge Farm). Mix together 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups of cubed cooked chicken or turkey, 1 cup of frozen peas, 1 can of cream of celery soup, 2/3 cup of milk, 1 to 2 T of chopped onions. Pour mixture on top of stuffing mix. Cover mixture with 1 cup of stuffing mix.
