In baking dish of choice, combine all ingredients, except phyllo dough, butter and olive oil.Chicken breasts are shredded or chopped into bite sized pieces. Greens originally called for are kale. I hate kale. Butter is melted. Salt and pepper is to taste.On top of mixture, layer pieces of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter, until you use up the 20 sheets of dough.
