Here is how you make Impossibly Easy Barbeque Chicken Pie:

Grease bottom of 9" pie plate. Mix bbq sauce, onion and chopped chicken and spred in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. cheddar cheese.In medium bowl, stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. cheese. Bake about 5 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
