As chicken cooks, prepare chicken bouillon and mashed potatoes. 5. Cook onions in margarine until soft. Add flour and cook & stir for 1 min. Add chicken bouillon and cook until the sauce thickens. 6. Drain veggetables; add veggies and chicken to sauce. Put in the bottom of a large oval Corelle dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Serve.
