Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in soup, mix and cook. Add carrots, peas, corn, salt, pepper, oregano, and cooked chicken (I like to use breast meat with out the skin from a rotisserie cooked chicken). Cook until thickened and well mixed.Spoon chicken mixture into crust-lined pan. Top with second crust, seal edge. (Calorie reducing hint: The top crust can be divided and cut into strips. This cuts the calories. The nutritional information for this receipe uses this technique.)Bake for 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees or until crust is golden brown.
