Boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 1 large onion, 1 pound bag of frozen california mix vegetables, 1 pound bag of frozen yellow corn, 1 can each of condensed cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, 1 1/2 cups of heart healthy Bisquick, 1 egg, 3/4 cup non fat milk, salt, and pepper.


How Do I Make Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie?

Here is how you make Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie:

Preheat oven to 375. Dice and cook chicken breasts. Mix bisquick, milk, and egg in a bowl and set aside. Dice onions and combine all vegetables, chicken, and both cans of condensed soup in a pot over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally for about 10-15 minutes. Scoop all contents of pot into a large casserole dish and then pour Bisquick mixture over the top covering completely. Spray with butter flavored spray and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
