1 Large Potato (peeled & diced)
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Can Yellow Sweet Corn
1 Medium Sized Carrot (peeled & sliced)
2 Chicken Breasts (boiled)
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.75 oz)
1/2 Onion (diced)
1 tsp Pepper

Here is how you make Mel's Kitchen Chicken Pot Pie:

Dough Directions:1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 or 325 for high altitude.2. Grease & flour deep dish pie man.3. Combine all dry dough ingredients in a large bowl (mix well or sift).4. Add wet ingredients & mix well. You may need to add more flour.5. Knead for 3 minutes.6. Cut dough in half & roll out 1 half on a flat on a floured surface. 7. Line greased & floured pie pan.8. Roll out 2nd half of dough if you have counter space to do so. Set aside for after filling is done.Filling directions:1. Saute chicken & onion in 2 TBSP's of vegetable oil until chicken is browned &/or onions are soft. Use a medium sized sauce pan.2. Add poultry seasonings, salt & pepper. When chicken mixture is done take off heat & set aside.3. Boil corn, peas, carrot & potatoes until potato is soft. When potato is done drain vegetable mixture.4. Return sauce pan w/ chicken mixture to the stove on medium heat. Add the vegetable mixture, chicken broth & Cream of Chicken Soup. Heat through.5. Pour filling into crust..6. Cover w/ 2nd crust. Use a fork to squish the edges of the 2 crusts together & paint w/ egg whites. You can also use a cookie cutter to make decorative holes in the crust before using it to cover the pie if desired.
