Add mixed vegetables to the water and boil until chicken is done. Strain the water and add the chicken and vegetables to a baking dish about 6 quarts or so. Mixed the vegetables and chicken with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Unroll the crescent rolls and using about 4 of the rolls, lay them flat on top of the mixture, mending all open seams. Roll the extra crescent rolls and bake as normal. Bake the dish until the mixture is bubbling and the crescent top is done through. Be sure to check the under side of the crescent, if it is not done, it will be doughy.
