How Do I Make Pavlic's Chicken Pot Pie?

Here is how you make Pavlic's Chicken Pot Pie:

PREHEAT OVEN to 350 degrees. Spray 10" deep dish ceramic pie pan with PAM. Wipe off edges so piecrust will stick. Use room temperature cheese and crust. Steam frozen vegetables 20 minutes. After reserving 1/2 cup, pour chicken broth into 3 qt saucepan. Add a sprinkle of Thyme. Add chicken (one large or two small) breasts. Add just enough water to cover chicken and bring to a boil. Cut it down to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes. When done, set aside to cool, then cube. Using a 6 qt. Pot, cook 1/2 cup chicken broth and cream cheese on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly!! When cheese is melted, stir in salad dressing mix first, stir good, then add chicken and vegetables. Mix all good. Spoon all ingredients into sprayed piepan. Wipe edges clean. With spatula, pat down and evenly distribute all ingredients in piepan. Cover tightly with crust. Using butter knife, put sits all over the top so steam can escape. PLace on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil in the center of the oven. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown, in 350 degree preheated oven.
