1/2 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables (10 oz)
1/2 Onion diced small

1 1/2 to 2 cups Potatoes diced
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 98% Fat Free
1 Pkg. Pillsbury Pie Crusts (refrigerator section)



How Do I Make Sandi's Chicken Pot Pie?

Here is how you make Sandi's Chicken Pot Pie:

Remove tendon from chicken tenders and cut into bite sizes pieces. Peel, and cut into cubes the Potatoes and dice the onion and celery. Place together in saucepan and cook until potatoes are cooked through. Drain. Place frozen vegetables in small saucepan and cook about 5 minutes. Drain.In another saucepan add the creamed soup and heat. Add salt and pepper and put in the raw chicken. Cook 10 or until chicken is no longer pink. Add the well drained veggies and potatoes once the chicken is cooked and mix together.Let cool.Place one pie crust on bottom. Fill with filling and place 2nd pie crust on top. Cut Vents on top and crimp or twist edges. Brush a tiny bit of milk on crust.Bake 425 degrees until pie crust in golden brown.Let cool 3-5 minutes and then cut and serve.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SBMAMABEAR.
