Remove and lower oven temp to 350 degreesWhile pie crust bakes, melt butter in skillet over med heat. Add vegetables and cook for about 1 minute. Add chicken and cooked till heated. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper and stir until combined. Add broth and increase heat to med high. Cook until mixture thickens slightly.Pour chicken mixture into pre-cooked pie crust and cover with other pie crust. Crimp edges together and slice vents into crust. Bake pie on top of baking sheet for 20-25 minutes. Let rest for about 10 minutes than serve.
