In large mixing bowl, blend first 3 ingredients. Prepare 6 individual mini pie plates by spraying with Pam & placing on jelly roll pan. Spread 1/2 cup chicken filling into each dish. Separate each crescent roll & using 1 for each mini pie, cut into 2 pieces & piece together on top of each serving. With the remaining 2 rolls, cut into smaller pieces & fill in tops where needed.
