Roll out each one to flatten and expand the size. Place one flattened biscuit into the bottom of each oven safe dish. Dough will come partially up the sides of dishes. Bake until just starting to turn golden (10-15 miinutes). While your pie 'crusts' are baking: combine cream of chicken soup, canned chicken, frozen peas and carrots and chopped green onion tops in large mixing bowl. Remove three more biscuits from tube. Tear each one in half. Roll into 6 small balls in your hands, then roll out flat and thin as was done for crusts. Set aside. Remove pre-baked crusts from oven.
