Here is how you make Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki:

Preheat oven to 450 Place chicken breast in middle of sheet of foil. Arrange rice and pineapple (reserve juice) around chicken breast making sure rice is on foil so it will cook when you pour juice in later. Fold up sides of foil and make an opening at the top of the foil packet. Pour 1/2 of the pineapple juice into hole and 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce into the hole. Close up with a double fold leaving room inside packet for heat to circulate. Place packets on cookie sheet.
