Tzasiki sauce 8 Tbsp. low fat sour cream 1/4 small cucumber peeled, finely chopped or grated 1 clove garlic, grated 1/2 tsp. cumin Juice of 1/4 lemon Salt and pepper to taste Mix together all Tzasiki sauce ingredients. 4 whole wheat pita bread 1 red onion sliced 1 tomato sliced or chopped 3/4 cucumber, sliced 8 lettuce leaves 8 Tbsp. crumbled low fat feta cheese Warm pita and cut in half. I use Trader Joe's whole wheat pitas (100 calories for 1 whole pita). Divide meat slices into 4 portions and place into pita halves. Place 1 tbsp. of Tzasiki sauce on each half. Garnish sandwiches with feta cheese, onions, lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
