Each serving weighed around 100 grams (4 large as 1 each, 2 small as 1 serving each).3) Brush on the olive oil (with salt and pepper if desired) onto the eggplant and bake for 10-12 mins. I used a pizza sheet so did not need to flip them but if using a normal baking sheet then flip half way through.4) Measure out 1/2 oz of cheese, and divide chicken breast evenly for each serving. The recipe is 12 oz chicken raw & boneless.
