This takes 2 hours in most machines. During the last half hour of the dough cycle, prepare chicken breast by removing skin and fat and fully cooking. Remove meat from bone and chop into bite-sized pieces. Saute onion in cooking spray until clarified. When dough cycle is complete, divide dough into two equal parts. Roll one ball of dough into the shape of your pizza pan or baking sheet. Repeat with second ball of dough. Top each pizza with 1 C BBQ sauce, 3 chicken thighs, 1 C onion, 1 C mozzarella and 1 C cheddar cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.Makes 2 pizzas.
