Dough1. Mix yeast in warm water. Add oil and honey2. Add 2 cups flour, salt, wheat germ, and garlic powder.3. Mix about a minute, then add more flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough is smooth and elastic, not sticky.4. Place in greased bowl and let rise about 1 hour.5. Punch down to release gas, split in half.Toppings6. Brush pizza pan with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Press dough across pan and pierce with fork.
