preheat oven to 375put the bread crumbs in a ziplock bag with the 1/2 bag of lipton onion soup mix shake real goodmake sure all fat is off the pork and put in bag and shake around to coat evenly (wet them with water before putting in the bag) spray a pan so it doesnt stick and lay all pieces against each other (on a drain tray) and do this with all the meat, when it is all coated place in oven and let cook for 30 minutes and see if done, if not done keep a eye on it and when its not pink inside bring them out and put sauce over the chicken and pork (about a teaspoon on each piece spread over it) then mix all the cheeses (can do that when meats cooking) then sprinkle cheese over the chicken and pork, put back in over till cheese is melted, about 5 minutes maybe 10, serve with green beens and or a salad and a piece of fruit and you have a pretty healthy meal :)Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RUHAPPYTOSEEME.
