Then add a cup of water and on the highest heat boil down to allow the onions to become mushy and saucy. Add the garlic and fry for a minute until raw smell subsides. Add chicken and spices and stir into sauce. Cook for a few minutes until fully coated and then add the tomotes and a little water to prevent sticking. After about 10 minutes add the potatos and puree and a little of the fresh coriander; mix and cook covered until potatos are soft.
