I made this last night making it up as I went along. Some of my measurements are close estimates. I probably could have made it faster, but I was taking my time with it. At any point if it starts to dry out or stick on the bottom, add a little more water and reduce the heat. If you use turkey bacon, you will need to add some oil to the skillet. Otherwise the chicken and potatoes will stick. The wine is optional. You could just omit it or use broth instead. The butter could probably be left out, too. I mainly added it to add richness to the dish.

Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese 6 tsp (optional)
Milk, 1%, 2 cup
Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Basil, 2 tbsp
Red Wine, 1 fl oz (optional)

salt, poultry seasoning, chili powder, paprika (all to taste)

In a big, deep skillet, cook the bacon for a few minutes over medium high heat and then add the chicken and onion.Cook for a few more minutes or until the chicken starts to turn white then add the potatoes. Add about a cup of water to prevent sticking, cover and let cook for about 15 minutes, stirring as needed. Add remaining water and the wine, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium, cover and let cook until the potatoes are almost tender. Add milk, seasonings, and butter. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add broccoli and cheese. Simmer until broccoli is cooked to your taste.
