3 TBSP Kirkland signature extra virgin olive oil

Here is how you make Lemon Rosemary Chicken Breast and Golden Potatoes:

Place your chicken breasts, my package had 5 breasts, in a large bowl. Toss with 1 TBSP Pampered Chef Rosemary Herb seasoning, 1Tsp smoky paprika, 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil and the juice of 2 lemons. Toss to coat.In a separate bowl, combine 1 TBSP olive oil, 1 Tsp Pampered Chef Rosemary Seasoning, 2 cloves of garlic with 2lbs of washed and wedged golden potatoes.In a stone 13x9 pan, spread 1/2 TSP olive oil in the bottom center of the pan. Place lemon slices from 2 lemons, in the middle of the pan and the potatoes lining the edge of the pan all the way around. Place your chicken breast in the middle of the pan on top of the lemon slices.Bake at 350F for about an hour until chicken is cooked all the way through.
