Place coated chicken in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.Quarter washed potatoes. Place cut potatoes in a bowl or bag, drizzle oil over potatoes and mix thoroughly to coat. Place potato pieces in the crumb/seasoning bag and toss to coat.
