Here is how you make Chicken and Veggies with Quinoa:

Cook garlic in olive oil until clear. Add chicken and cook until done. Chop and sautee the veggies in a wok with a bit of olive oil until cooked but still firm. Add up to 1/4 to 1/2 cup water (slowly) and add the curry. Add chicken, and stir well until most of the water evaporates/incorporates into the mix.For the quinoa, make as directed until you see the see pop and there is a little string looking thing coming off of it. Season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste, and possibly some ground garlic.Put the quinoa on the bottom, and add the chicken and veggies on top.
