We buy these all the time at restaurants and quick service places and decided we could save a ton of money by making them ourselves and possibly make them healthier. It could be made healthier by using a fat free ranch, my husband just doesn't "believe" in it. You can also use any type of wrap you like, my husband's favorite is spinach! I'm just cheap and buy the flour tortillas in bulk.Also feel free to change up the cheese, I typically use cheese made with skim milk, but this was all I had in the fridge to base the nutrition info off of.This is made on a George Foreman Grill, but a panini press or skillet will work just fine too.

1 Packet McCormick Mojito Lime Marinade
.5 Cup Lime Juice

1 Tbsp Hot Wing Sauce
2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
1/4 Cup Cheese


How Do I Make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps?

Here is how you make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps:

Chicken:Mix the lime juice with the marinade packet in a bowl and stir well. Place the chicken in the bowl and let it soak in for 15-20 minutes. I usually don't have the patience to bother, so I poke a couple holes in the chicken with a fork and pop them on the grill.Grill the chicken for 9-11 minutes, until done. While chicken is cooking, continue to spoon the marinade over the chicken, to get as much flavor as you can out of it.Once chicken is done, place on a cutting board and slice into small cubes. (This can also be done while the chicken is raw, but it's much easier to cook a whole breast on the grill) Wrap Portion:Place the tortilla on a plate and sprinkle the cheese, ranch, and hot sauce in the center. Then add the chicken on top of that.Fold the right and left side towards each other. Then roll the wrap. Place it on the grill for a minute or two to warm the ranch and melt the cheese.
