Place chicken, olive oil, chicken breast, salt, pepper, cumin, tumeric, bell pepper, and paprika in pressure cooker (lid off) and let cook until chicken is no longer pink.Next add tomatoes and parsley and cook for 10 minutes; then add 4 cups of water and place lid on pressure cooker, turn the heat on high and listen for it to jiggle...once this happens then place the heat to between 6 and 7 and time for 20 minutes.
