Couscous, 1 cup, cooked
Parsley, dried, 0.5 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 cup (If not grilling)

Here is how you make BBQ Lime Chicken Over Rice:

Marinade the breasts in BBQ sauce overnight in the refrigerator. Your favorite will work. Remove the chicken from the marinade, and lightly pat with a paper towel to remove excess sauce. You want it for light flavoring, nothing more.Ideally you want to grill over an open flame until chicken is done. If grilling is not an option, prepare a pan with the olive oil to evenly cook the chicken.While it is grilling, baste with lime juice, letting it pool over the top before you flip to cook the other side. Keep at a lower flame to allow increased time on each side while you add the lime juice to allow it to soak in. When chicken is almost done, begin cooking the rice and couscous. After they are prepared mix together and allower for a generous bed of grains on the plate. Serve with chicken breast over top, garnish with Parsley, enjoy.
