0.5 cups granulated Sugar
0.5 cups soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic- pressed or diced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup sliced onions
4 cups steamed white rice

Here is how you make Bolgogi Chicken w/ rice:

In a large glass bowl. Mix sugar & soy sauce. Add garlic & sesame oil and stir. Add onions & sesame seeds and stir. Add chicken and stir. (The chicken may not be completely covered... thats ok... just flip the chicken and cover with sauce. Marinate for 24-48hrs flipping chicken half way through.You may grill the chicken seperately and cook the leftover sauce seperately on stove top.
