Here is how you make Brown Rice and Zesty Chicken:

1. Heat a small skillet and add 1tbsp. olive oil. Saute onion & garlic together for about 5 minutes then add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. In a heated large skillet add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Saute chicken with McCormick 1 Step Chicken Seasoning and 2 tsp. lemon juice until chicken is cooked through. Add onion, garlic, & mushrooms; heat through. Add instant brown rice and 1 cup HOT water.
