I would leave out the rosemary next time and possibly try basil... just found the taste very over powering. Otherwise, these were a great filling dinner. Add all ingredients except mushrooms to a bowl and mix well. Form into 4 patties.Cook each patty until browned on either side and heated through. Once cooked, place on a plate and keep warm. Add remaining Olive Oil to pan and then add mushrooms. Cook about 3 minutes or until they start browing. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook one more minute.Serve 1/4 of the mushrooms over the burger.** I served these with green beans and added a bit of mustard to the burger as I ate. They were very filling and I'll definitely make these again.
