Here is how you make Chicken and Rice(LEMON):

Take the 3 tbsp. butter and put it into casserole dish with chicken. Then add lemon juice, oregano, parsley, and basil. Cover and put in oven on 325 degrees F. Cook one hour or until boiling.At same time take the 4 tbsp. butter and melt in large skillet, add two 6.9 oz boxes of rice. Saute over medium heat until rice is brown, stirring frequently. Slowly stir in 2.5 cups water and special seasoning (included in box); bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low.
