Here is how you make Chicken and Rice Skillet:

Prepare rice according to package directions.While the rice is cooking cut thin sliced chicken breast into strips about 1-1 1/2 inches wide. Cook over medium heat in a large skillet until cooked through. Add carrots and drained green beans. When the rice is ready add it to the skillet. Add soup and 1/2 can of milk, mix thouroughly.
