First put the chicken broth in the slow cooker. Add tomato, onions, or whatever you like for flavor. Then add chicken (tenders strips are the best), set the timer for 5 hours cook time. Get the Quinoa Rice bring it to a boil and cover, about 15 minutes. Place the frozen corn in a skillet, add the black beans, let them heat up about 10-15 minutes. Stir the rice in with the corn and beans, until mixed throughly. Once it is well heated place it in a bowel or on a plate, then place the chicken on the top.
